Why are Emeraude's eyes in 35 covered up?

*shrug* it fitted the theme of tragedy/death, I thought. Similar to how hospital workers cover up the corpses with a white sheet. Not the same idea, I know, but... yeah. It's not to express anything negative about her. I felt something had to be there.
