Fuko awoke feeling a jabbing pain in her back. She shot up finding a rock stuck in her back.

She stood up and leaned on a brick wall to stretch out. After a moment she blinked and jumped back.

"This is not where Fuko was!! Where is she now?" she said out

Fai knocked her hood back off of her head to let some of the cold nip at her ears. She knew it would get colder later and didn't really mind a bit of chill. Besides, her coats were more then enough to keep her warm for her little shopping trip.

Up ahead she saw a new girl, or at least one shed never seen, coming towards her. The other looked a bit lost and certainly wasn't wearing proper clothing for a walk outside. A traveler then, though she couldn't have gotten far wearing that... Curious, Fai slowed to a stop as the other approached. She tilted her head slightly out of habit, "Do you need help?"

Kurogane trudged through the snow, slouching in a very unladylike manner. She didn't care though. It kept from her gaining unwanted attention. Still, just shopping was a chore. You never knew who you would run into or what surprises were out there. Like the spectial that she had stumbled upon today.

Of course, Fai was one that she was being to notice drawing attention to herself. The there was the other new girl who was stupidly out in the snow with no coat. She was obvious from elsewhere, making the young woman hover slightly in the background. The blonde caused her enough problems as it were.

"Hi!" She said as her teeth chattered, "I am glad to find someone!! It is good to know that Fuko isn't the only one that is outside, or even here! Do you know where Fuko is? I wasn't here when I went to sleep, and when I woke up I was here, and cold."

She was shivering, but only noticed the cold, she was just so happy to see someone else! And this one looked really kind to, but it was so cold that she didn't really notice anyone else around besides this other person. Fuko was really hoping that they could go someplace warm.

She continued to smile, a bit of bemusement creeping into it as the other continued to talk. Given the other's clothing and the fact that it hadn't been cold where Fuko was before, Fai had an interesting thought. Maybe this odd girl was from somewhere far off. Maybe even from a different world like those her father talked about a little. This could be interesting. Or helpful even.

Fai beamed politely at Fuko, "Pleasure to meet you, Fuko. I'm called Fai and this place is called Naiad." Her face dropped when she realized just how much the other was shivering, "You're freezing... Here." Fai set her staff to lean against the building next to them and took off her outer coat. It would be too big for the other but it was warm and fluffy. It'd be good enough to get the other to someplace warm at least.

Kurogane moved closer when Fai introduced herself, glaring at the new girl. Great. Another traveler. Maybe she wouldn't be as bad as Fai was. Then again, there was always to chance that she only seemed cute and innocent. You never knew with people. Even the sweetest person could be a cold-hearted murderer.

"But...It is cold outside, and even though there is another jacket under your jacket, how can you give me your other fluffy jacket and still not be fluffy warm?" she said in confusion. She tilted her head a little, to hear an answer but then she managed to look behind this other person, who was now cold and saw someone else.

She blinked and jumped a little, and moved back " Ah! There is a new person here!! This new person that just appeared from under the snow!"
