A question I was saving until an official announcement was made: will you also accept feedback from the original feedback system that is broken? Yes! We will be accepting any and all feedback from LJ for an entire year and then, starting in 2024, we'll be taking it on a case-by-case basis. If you currently have Verified Seller permissions through LJ, just let us know and we can fast track your application <3! We just need you to fill out the Verified Seller application on the new feedback site, that way we can make your page with the most up to date links/information <3!

I was also wondering about how old/previous feedback will be handled with regards to the new website--I'm sure it's probably way too much work to get it all grandfathered in, but people here have lots of built up feedback that might be handy to have on the new website in some form or other.

We've thought a lot about this and, unfortunately, it'd be far too time consuming for us to add everyone's previous feedback, by hand, to the new website. HOWEVER, we do allow Verified Sellers to request us to link back to their old feedback pages on their new Verified Seller pages- for now (since this new website has only just started). We also allow Members/Verified Sellers to leave star ratings on the new website, with a URL linking back to where they left their old feedback for that specific transaction. For example, if someone bought something from a Verified Seller 6 months ago, we're okay with that person leaving a star rating on the new website for that Verified Seller, with a URL linking back to the feedback they left 6 month earlier.
