This was one of the grails I was talking about in my introduction to the community. It's too bad that my collection started years after Gen 6 was the recent thing, otherwise I'd already have it. Oh yeah, the Ultra pro 4-pocket binders, unfortunately, get tricky to find after they've been sold out for a while. The only active listing I could find in the US was a local game store in the state of Wisconsin, and they only accept local pickup: https://www.thegamecapital.com/product/ultra-pro-pkmn-4-pocket-portfolio/9444 I wish I knew someone near the area that could hook you up!
If you're in a hurry, my only other suggestion is to try the Virbank City PokeMart group on Facebook. It is a heavily TCG-focused group and I sometimes see people listing TCG accessories for sale. You will likely get faster results by specifically making a LF post for it. Just make sure you pay via PayPal Goods & Services. Some people have gotten scammed by using other payment services or by sending PayPal Friends & Family.

Hiya, thanks for replying :)
The shops I visited in the UK were those independent Pokemon-centric stores like Pokistop which had unique items like croc shoe badges, imported cards and (possibly bootleg) plushes. They did have a small selection of Ultra pros that used the non-Mega Evolution artwork.
I'll keep my eyes peeled for any more of this product though, thank you!

Oh, that looks rare. <3 Pity that I missed it... the launcher would be nice to have. There aren't many of those around.
