The new Eevee Collection are slightly different. The patterns have been slightly updated making them a tad bigger and the tags reflect the current PokéCen Japan tags.
The Takara Tomy A.R.T.s I Choose You! Plush are amazing! I have the first wave and think they're some of the best plush to come out in the last while. You can order them from the Tomy Mall website (takaratomymall .jp) with a proxy service.
I believe some are still in stock on the official tomy Japan website as well as some on the Japanese Pokémon Center. You can also try Amazon Japan (they ship internationally). Other than that I think maybe some resale websites may have them but they are likely marked up quite a bit :(
