Hello! not an expert on Tomys or anything but neither of those teddiursa are legit. The paint/ears are terrible on both and they never released a grey version. The other listing you posted may be legit figures - I didn't look to closely - but those figures are much more recent releases, so it's easier for people to get ahold of them (verses older figures like teddiursa).

building off of what inkwaffles12 said - those newer figures are legit, most likely factory rejects due to one reason or another, but they all appear to be WCT figures to me, as opposed to TOMY like the listing claims? So my guess is that these teddiursa are fake. It's possible they use the legit TOMY teddiursa mold, and then quickly created bootleg figures out of scrapped material - you'd be surprised by how many factories have done that!

Tomy collector here. I've come across some legit figures with bad paint jobs, however, these are terrible. I'd say 100% bootleg.
