The rayquaza is a pencil cap from the pokemon center. I dont remember the promo but I think it was just legendary hoenn mons on stuff. Its a pretty rare item.

Kricketot kinda looks like a figure I got out of coin-op machine at the store. I'll do a little research, but I'm pretty sure there was a Shieldon and a Shinx in that set, too.

I think it's figures like this Hoenn set or this Sinnoh one. I couldn't find a set that sold Kricketot, but I'm about 80% sure it's the same ones just a different version. I used to have the mudkip, torchic, and shinx figures, but lost them over time. However, I was able to find two of them: Shieldon and Treecko! I'm missing Shieldon's base, but Treecko's says "Nintendo/pokemon YNCHINA." Also, Shieldon, and a few of the others have these little pegs beneath their feet to keep them in place, and measure about 2-4 cm. I hope this all helps.
