Need a little advise

I need a little help. In May, I preordered this new scale world mega Sceptile resin figure and made a smallish downpayment using FavorGK.

I've personally never heard of FavorGK, but I've had plenty of such payments on Taobao, with a deposit, and then the rest once it's released. Usually I just inform the site from where I've ordered (I use Bhiner as middleman service), that the 2nd payment is ready to be made. Then a day or so later, they reply, and I can pay the rest. Sometimes they inform me, instead of I them.
I'd suggest sending a message, but you've already done so. So then I suggest waiting for the reply. If they don't respond, then maybe contact your payment method's company and explain the situation?

Do you know where they are based on? I've bought some resin scale world sets too. I pre-ordered the shiny Haxorus 1/20 from Figstuff (they are based on Vietnam) and they received my figure like 2 weeks (more or less) after it had released. Almost the same with ones bought through Taobao, usually Bhiner receives them like 10 - 12 days after official release.

Ok, thanks! I actually received an answer from FavorGK and they said that they check the order status and get back to me ASAP.

Try sending them a private message on Facebook. I bought my Giratina figure from them and they are extremely reponsive on Facebook Messenger. It is definitely a legit website.

You'll have a faster response rate via FB. I order through them a lot, they'll usually send you an email saying the second payment is ready
