I think a store at my local mall had one of these for around $30-$40...im located at postal code 92691 so if you're anywhere near there, I can tell you where I saw it. I'm not sure if it's still there but I could check the next time I go there! I'd offer to middleman but I don't have sales permission ;w; I have been a middleman before (for non-pokemon merch) though and I have some buyer feedback. I'm not sure if the price I mentioned is within your price range but regardless I hope you can find it!

I'm not familiar with Togepi plush but here are some that are listed. There are a lot more with various different prices.

Ohhh those are them! But I've NEVER dealt with yahoo japan auctions. I know you have to get a middle man right? I can get from ebay it looks like for around $80 Canadian..... $60 American....... Might be the easiest way to go, but might be the priciest? Either way, thank you!

I would recommend using buyee! the little banner ad on the top of the page isnt a spam ad - its a legit proxy service and it's pretty convenient for auctions ^^ I can try to help out if you're still lost, but it's pretty similar to buying from ebay as far as the initial process. International shipping would probably be $20+ (not including domestic shipping) but unless you can find a seller in canada, it's probably cheaper than buying it from someone in the USA ^^' Buyee also temporarily stores things in a warehouse (for up to 30 days i think?) before you have to pay international shipping, just in case you want to buy multiple things at once to save on shipping.

I think even factoring in middleman fees and international shipping, it will be much cheaper to get it from yahoo auctions. I personally suggest zenmarket as a middleman.
