That's one of my favorite latias cards! Do you have Alto Mare's latias (10th movie anniversary version) as well?

As for a signapore middleman, if you can't find anyone, I found this guy. He's located in signapore and has a carousell account. His business page states he's a middleman and he's got some good reviews too. Maybe you could message him and see if this is what he does?
