Hey guys! Just a quick question. Did Milotic ever have get an official PC plush? (Besides the petite plush that is.) I keep seeing bootlegged Milotic plushies that are marketed as PC plushies, which usually means they have a pattern that they’ve based it on

This milotic in the pic is based off a custom Milotic plush. You are correct the only official plush is the petite keychain. :)

This was originally made by a Chinese custom plush artist but later on the pattern was stolen by a factory and Milotic was put into mass production without the artist's permission, just like what happened to Pinku's legendary birds. The user above mentioned another artist from Canada, but if you look closely to the pictures, they're different plushes. The Milotic you posted has stuffed tail pieces.
