What a coincidence, I just ordered custom Tepig kuttari few days ago! ^ ^
I was also looking for a custom kuttari artist so you can check out my original post here: https://pkmncollectors.livejournal.com/23343421.html for suggestions.
I have ordered the kuttari from @aimee_bubble_rhapsody on Instagram.
I can also recommend @beardedsewist and @molten_cheeese
