San-ei Gulpin question

Just a quick question if that's okay! I recently bought a 2nd mochifuwa San-ei Gulpin for a really cheap price and although I've never heard of someone bootlegging the Mochifuwa type plush (yet), I was just wandering if it's normal to have 2 different codes on the tush tags

You're probably right, I just have a tendency to overthink things. I just thought it was too convinient that both Spheal and Gulpin were the same numbers, but I haven't even checked my Slowpoke yet and I got that one from PokéCenter Loot so it's possible it'll be different as well when I find him (everythings a mess rn). Thank you! I'll stop worrying so much ^^
