Hi, all! I haven't been very active in the comm since posting my last gets post at the beginning of the month; I hope you're all doing well! Last week was very busy, with the holiday and all, and also very exciting for me, since I received two packages I had been waiting on from ZenMarket! Considering I ordered using the cheapest available shipping

Ahh! You got so many awesome things! I love the bell plush. All the hype around them has always made me want my own. Too bad there's no ampharos one!

I really love the embroidery on the back of the jirachi, too. What a nice touch! He looks a little too-heavy, though. :P

And don't be discouraged by all the jirachi merch in the pamphlet! I get excited every time I see something new. It means there's still one more thing out there, one more thing to get. I think I'll be really sad if I ever manage to 100% complete my collection, lol. I love the hunt! :P

I feel like bell plush are definitely iconic when it comes to Pokemon collecting! :V I was never that interested in them beyond getting my hands on Gloom, but I'm kinda fascinated by her now, haha. I thought they were just stuffed with polyfil, but the main body has about a half-and-half fill with plastic pellets/beans, which gives a little bit more of a satisfying weight to it! I was also curious about the fabric, for crafting-ambition-related reasons, so I'm really glad to have it as a point of reference for that too

You got some really neat and cute stuff!! I love the kokeshi plush and the tiny little zukan figure. The back of the pamphlet is breathtakingly beautiful. Congrats!!

Right?! Gosh, what a good design choice, to just have the crystal from the movie isolated on a black background like that... (I'm trying to pay more attention to book cover design lately, so that gives me another great excuse for buying it, lol :V)

It's fair to say that Gloom is pretty niche, lol :V That's so kind of you to offer! I'm actually going to be ordering a DittoGloom plush off of the Pokecen website as soon as I get paid this week-- I have just enough in my cart currently to get that sweet sweet free shipping, I've just been putting off ordering for a while since money has been tight. Out of curiosity, though, can I ask whether the plush is from the US or Japanese release?

Ooh, thanks for including a picture! :o It's not a very high priority for me at the moment, but I wouldn't mind having the JP version of that plush as well as the US release... My collection isn't really that big, so I don't think I'll have much to offer for trade, but I'll take another look at your wants post when I have some spare time (got some work due in a few days so I really have to crunch to get it done, lol) and message you if I find anything I think you might be interested in! :>

So many awesome gets! And that finger puppet is beyond adorable.

I think the movie pamphlets are very neat. I own a few of them and they are all well put together. I feel your pain with the merch page in it though. So many awesome items that are hard to come by, if not impossible to get.

The movie pamphlet is definitely one of my favorites from this batch of gets! I was expecting it to be much smaller and thinner, made of flimsy paper and not printed as well, so I was really pleasantly surprised with the quality of it. It definitely feels like a collectible promotional item, not a brochure that you throw away after you leave the theater or something.

I too like that embroidery on the back of that plush. I really love little details like those. Sometimes, it feels like they don't do anything for backs or bottoms, because they assume no one's going to look. Like, I've seen a bunch of Ralts line merch with no legs, because I think they assume no one's looking under the tunic. So yeah, I really appreciate it.

I've never seen any of the merch in that catalog! The wishing star viewer May uses looks so cool!

Aw man, yeah, it's always kind of disappointing when plush designers take shortcuts like that! I mean, I understand WHY they do it, but... :1 When I was a kid, I would sometimes detach accessories like hats and things from my toys, and I would always be annoyed when, like... a figure had no hair under their hat or something because the manufacturers didn't intend for it to be removed. Not exactly the same, but still. (Though I will say, I have a Wario plush that I had to repair last year because one of the threads holding his hat on broke, and I was very unnerved by seeing his hair underneath... I felt like I was looking at something that wasn't meant to be seen. So maybe there's just no winning.)
