Several of them look like Jakks Pokemon figures (Like the Shieldon, but I don't know what the white stuff is on the bottom. Looks like someone tried to glue it into something, maybe a personal diorama?), others look like toys that may have come from kids meals from fast food places, and a few look like bootlegs (the Chimchar's paint job is very poor, which make me think it is a bootleg).

Do the toys have any markings on them to identify some kind of manufacturer, or the official pokemon logo?

Do they? I mean sure, but they're super small, like half the size of tcg figures, but yeah Giratina figured those two out last, she suggest that they were the jakks pencil topper so I compared...

The Munchlax and Treeko are part of a line of buildable gachapon figures that came out in the west.
