Thank you for reading the rules ^_^ togepi has been committed to and I'm waiting for an answer to a quote on Espeon. If you want to commit to espeon, commitments have priority over quotes. :) Shipping for Espeon will be about $3.31 (its light, but the envelope is the main cost here)
