Hi everyone, it's been a while ! I had exams in late june which prevented me from being on the community very much. While I was focusing on school however, I received a good number of packages. May I just pop by to say your collections and displays are one of my favourites I see on the comm :3
I adore the sylvie colored stones you have on your shelves :D ♡♡
Oh my gosh have so much fun on your trip to Japan :D I was just there for the first time myself ^^
The PCs accept credit cards! And most stores do at least the ones I went to but there might be some extra fees for use.
Akihabara should be full of second hand stores but I only went to one that had pokemon :3 Hope someone else can give you better answers!!
But oohh you'll LOVE the pokeneco items!! :3 They were all just too pretty ^^

For the UFO catchers I would check if they have them in the area you'll be visiting. When I went to Japan back in May, I just asked the employees if they had them in stock. (or show the picture of the item you're looking for)

As for credit cards, they do accept them. Just be careful with the foreign transaction fees (unless yours don't charge them)
I've seen VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX was available in certain locations most likely VISA would be your best bet.

It also won't hurt to carry cash too, big places like Pkmn Center will take them..but small stores might ONLY take cash.

Agreeing with others that the PC does accept foreign credit cards =) A lot of places do, but occasionally you will get caught out. If you're trying to withdraw cash though, we had the most success with cash machines at the 7-11, which are really easy to find and are open 24-7. The ATM's have English options too ( ... )
