Japan and Collection Update

So as I mentioned in my amazing sales posts, pogaf and I took a little trip to Tokyo last month. :) I had been once before, but it was her first time there! And lucky for us, we had a blast. We stayed in the Ueno area, which was a great location to start each day setting out on our excursions around the city. Although we didn't do everything

Thank you! It was so fun, and incredibly fun to go with a friend and fellow collector! :D We fed off each other's enthusiasm (for better or for worse in the case of our wallets!) the whole time, haha.

And thank you! I'm very proud of my zukan collection. ^_^ It's one of the few things I get to display, too.

You're welcome! I wish I had gotten more, but it's easy to get caught up while you're there (especially when it's busy!) and forget! XD; Mega Tokyo Center was very cool, though! I hope you get to go sometime! :) It's really quite an experience, especially for a collector!

Hi, I'm glad you like my zukans. However, as one of the moderators of this community, I want to point out that the way you've come off recently in your comments has been abrasive and unfriendly. This is a community of friends, even if sometimes we are rivals in collecting. It isn't nice to come onto someone's collection post and demand they sell you their items, and you also can't be writing rude things to people when you beat them to an item. This is in the rules.

Please keep this in mind in future comments on the community.

And it was a random little shop in Nakano Broadway! :o There's a lot of random, older Pokemon items in Nakano Broadway (we even saw a Smoochum pokedoll, although the shop owners clearly at least knew it was rare and had priced it at 8000 yen or so) This particular shop had a plastic bin out front full of stuff in little packets for 100 yen. We sorted through and found all kinds of things, including the strap. o_o We also found bath salt figures, old Johto-era mascot plush, various straps and figures, etc! It was a goldmine. Inside the shop they had more rare things, although priced a little higher. If you ever find yourself in Tokyo, the best place to go for rare old things is Nakano Broadway.
