I placed a bid in your auction just to give it a go but if there's a slim chance I win *since I know the competition could get fierce* we can definitely use Dragonite as a partial payment for the shirt ;)

i'm sorry but, um...why is it 'funny' that the jynx doesn't think she looks good because of her weight? i just find it a bit insensitive, and quite a bit discomforting(to be mild) for people who have dysphoria.

no I didn't mean that it's funny that she's overweight or anything (cause she's not), I meant it's ridiculous that the manga artist would caricature Jynx as being concerned with losing weight, this being the Pokémon universe and everything. It's funny because it is in the context of Pokemon universe, which rarely if ever directly deals with Pokemon's sentient thoughts, this manga series being a rare exception. Sorry if you were offended!

ohhh, okay, i'm sorry then! ^^; that is ridiculous, though, i agree! and yes, i do love when pokemon have a bit more freedom as far as their feelings and emotional range go. it's just that, so often, people actually take that stuff and use it for humor, which is pretty sickening. x-x

yeah I should have been more clear about that, but yeah when I was reading the manga, I was pretty incredulous that they would go for such a cliche for Jynx. Then again, I don't really know what the creators were thinking when they were designing Jynx.
