They're attack/moves museum figures. Gin has an info post on them here, and AAPF has the pokemon and moves they're using here. :)

Oh my, I love Bisharp but the cuteness of that Deerling is hard to resist!

Btw, does anyone have a link to all the available round-headed plushes? I haven't really seen them around, but I suppose it was mostly starters so far?

Donny9 was doing pickups for them, check his journal to see if they still have the picture up. There was an emolga, dwebble, minccino, and tympole from what I remember. Forget the rest!
