The blisters should be on sale at the same time as the booster packs in the US. We already have them here in Singapore along with the booster packs and theme decks.

Ah! Awesome! I guess I just need to get to a store that actually carries the blisters then. lol. Are there two or three promo cards available? I saw Luxio and Riolu listed but I was hoping Meowth would get one to (since it did in Japan).
