Hello community! I just wanted to express a problem concerning some feedback that I and another person tried to leave this morning.. Every time we tried to do it we received this error message (on both ends.)
Heh this made me wonder, am I the only one who actually marks my messages as read once I've read/replied to them?
But for serious, I went to our feedback thread and it has 10,000 comments so that's definitely a confirmation. I think the best solution here is for everyone to make their own feedback threads in their OWN journals.
Same here. If I have more than 10 unread messages or comments that I haven't replied to, I start to get overwhelmed.
I believe it's possible for people to keep feedback in their own journals, but I have never liked that solution because it's too easy for someone to delete any less than perfect feedback that they receive.
I agree with the idea of our own feedback threads, and we could edit the directory to link to those. But what about our feedback that we've already gotten? Would we be able to screencap and post the caps in our threads? hmm....
I still link to my old feedback thread in my new one! :) Chances are, the mods will just make a new forum just like they did last time this happened.
I think technically you *can* make it on your own journal, it's just much more easily manipulated and people could hide or delete less-than-positive comments. So maybe they did make a rule against that, I'm not sure.. I always keep my feedback thread on the comm
The actual feedback post says "feel free to make your feedback thread on your OWN LJ or somewhere else. You are not obligated to do it here, this is only a tool for those who wish to use it!", so I believe it's alright.

I'll admit it- it was me who got the 10,000th comment. I was going to message a mod about it, then completely forgot! Ahah, sorry about that >_>;
