Cheese cake?

For quite a while I've been meaning to make a Cheese Cake. But the thing is I've never made one (also none of my friends have made ones as well, since Cheese Cake is one of rarest cakes they make here in BG since they mostly bake traditional ones)

There are differnt types of cheesecake the most common type being the new york cheesecake which is a denser type of cake...did you have any preferences or flavors? I can PM you with many diffent ideas :)
