The Bust from underarm to underarm is 20 inches across, so 40 inches (102 CM) around.

The skirt...It has elastic so I'm not sure how to measure it, but it's even loose-ish for me...let me see...eto..17 inches across not including the bit of elastic, so 34-35 inches total I'd guess? For the waist.
