There have been some Weiss fics at springkink this year and things pop up now and then at comment_fic. Funny timing for you to post this - I just finished watching Gluhen today.
Oh god sometimes I miss Weiss Kreuz fandom. I was like, the evil second in command to one of it's most batshit BNFs. All I can say is I was young and they made me laugh. And I used to write lots of Nagi/Schu, in that order since Nagi is clearly the most evil passive aggressive top to ever live. I was all about the Schwarzies.
Oh GW. I think I was involved in the pairing that a lot of people hated, or at least I remember a lot of furor over 2x5, but dammit, WU-MAN. WU-MAN.
As do I. I don't have any good fandom-trenches stories, but I spent alot of time reading fic in those two fandoms. Some of it wasn't even good and I didn't care.
*nodnodnod* Schwarz all the way. In any combination at all. Same goes for GW. I really had a thing for 1x2x4 and nobody liked that but me.
Wu-fei was crazy about Treize. Which meant that Zechs probably had him too.
Apparently, after I moved onto to different fandom pastures, namely CLAMP and X, Jean D. went insane and was apparently a man? I am now sorry I missed all of this wank since most of the bad ideas in Dysfunctional, if you ever read it, were results of me being drunk at college. Good times. I also did mind of for some reason various members of Schwarz were doing either Aya or Youji, but I never could get into anything that was solely Weiss.
Gundam Wing was also responsible for some of my weirder het ships. I seriously was on a Heero/Mariemeia bender that spawned a bit out of my 13x1 thing (And I have doujinshi for it so at least one insane Japanese fangirl liked it too and thought that Treize made a lovely vampire) and Dorothy topped most of the cast, though in the end I for some reason settled on Duo? But then I thought they were all gay too. I compartmentalized well.
Your leaving caused gender issues? That's way better than most other fandom breakups. /jealous
I love Weiss, but they need to be either actively pursuing Schwarz abuse or pretending to avoid it - either way. Schu/Omi remains a delight of mine.
Oh, Dorothy. What a whacked out bitch she was. I wanted Quatre to give it to her one good time. Just before he realized that it really was Trowa that he loved, despite his many guilt-riddled sexual escapades with Treize.

Jean D. was a man!? XD; I thought Dysfunctional was shit but back then I'd read any Crawford/Schldig porn I could get my teenage fangirl hands on. That OTP ruled my life! Along with Nagi/Schu. And Farf/Schu. Actually, I just liked having dirty things done to Schuldig. It made me feel all tingly inside.. (even his Gluhen design was hawt! lol) But then I grew up a bit & the OOC-ness scared me the hell away *sigh* We need more good WK fic.
Also, 13x5 ftw! Or rather anyonex5 ftw! Because Wufei is ♥

I LOVE Brad/Schu ~ I wrote a few ficlets with that pairing a couple of years ago and had a blast with it. Every once in a while I have to revisit.
We're going to do this. It'll be an Inter-fandom nostalgiathon. I'm stoked.
And yes, there will be 13x5. :D
