So, there's a new show on TNT coming in December called Leverage that has Christian Kane on it, and I'm more excited about it than pretty much all the other new fall shows so far.  If it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't think about watching the show, but once I saw he was in it (looking adorable!) I have NO clue what this show is about - hadn't even heard of it until your post - but simply based on the description of Kane's character, I'm in!

I will be right there checking this out!

I know! Where are my Christian Kane icons? I'll need to find them before the show starts. Fortunately for us, TNT isn't the kind of network to cut and run on a new series (or unfortunately, depending on whether you like Saving Grace) so we should at least get a mini-season out of this.

That's seems true. I would think TNT would be more likely to air everything they have, because they've already paid for it. Where as the BIG networks are willing to cut and run after the first 2 or 3 episodes and write off their losses.

So, that's good. Even if the show sucks, it might still be popular. I just hope the actors (esp. Kane) have a good time with it - because I think you can tell when the people don't want to be there.

Okay, I just watched the clip and I have a question... why is Timothy Hutton channelling William Shattner?

The actual preview clip was kind of lame, wasn't it? I liked best how Kane seemed to be wincing in reaction to the lame dialog. Let's hope that was the dud scene of the pilot and that it gets better after that.

I wish it had been all about Christian - or at least more of him. Hutton seemed pretty stilted, and I don't know why that would be - he's been really good in other stuff.

Still, hard to tell anything from such a short, out-of-context clip.

I will reserve judgment on the show until I've seen at least one ep.
