Both of my kiddos are sick. I’d say Cole has the worst of it - coughing and snot bubbles abound, but if you were here listening to the complaining coming from Audrey then you would be convinced her cold was slowly killing her. Both my kids are sick too! I feel for ya! And if I was closer, I would SO go to see Ani with you!

I tried to think of another happy Ani song...I thought, "Oh! 'I'm No Heroine!'" And then I sung a little to myself... I think you're right. ; )

I could make it to Cincinnati, OH or Lexington, KY with no trouble. Columbus, OH or Louisville, KY with minor re-arrangement... That would be the coolest!

ani's new album is surprisingly positive. its beautiful. i hope the concert works out for you, i just saw her last night, and it was one of her best shows, in my opinion.

Jealousy!! Where did you see her?

I saw her last year when I was 8 months pregnant and so, because of this I made sure to get seats in the back where I knew the crowd would stay seated.

I was looking forward to being able to see her this time and actually be able to move to the music. Too bad my plans fell through. It's nice to see another Ani fan on here. Mind if I add you to my friend list?

i bet you enjoyed the baby music then:) i saw her at the state theater in minneapolis. i'd love to be friends, for sure. i've been searching for (real) ani fans and you're the first i've come across.

Yeah, that was nice to hear some of her Petah inspired tunes last time around.

I haven't bought the new album yet. I need to, though. I rarely buy CDs anymore and so it's hard to get out there and actually purchase one. Although, I made sure to get Canon when it came out last year. So, I will get to it eventually.
