I think my office is breaking up with me

For a few months now they have been asking me to stay on without giving me an exact date that my time with them will be coming to an end. Finally, yesterday, Portia told me that she wasn't sure what was coming up for next year, but that January might be busy so they would call me if they need me. But not to worry if I found something else.

hopefully I'll be hearing tomorrow too, about a second interview. Why is it that the more time I think, the more I think myself out of jobs? Meh.
