Yup it makes me veryvery glad that I can sew (and also understand to not hem things up too much lest you end up looking like an old man--they always seem to have pants hemmed so when they sit you can see ALL of their socks). But hey, at least you bother to get them altered...lots of people just don't and then look terrible.

Hahaha, it's funny you mentioned the old men & socks thing - It's one of those things that you always see but you never really notice until someone mentions it. It's so true!

My body is weirdly shaped; I'm not short, I'm not tall, I'm thin but my shoulders are broad, so it's hard to get clothes that actually fit me properly. So annoying!

Finding "average" sized clothing for non-fat people is loads harder than it really should be, which is very stupid indeed.

If I was Prime Minister, I'd abolish clothes completely, and everyone would have to run around naked all the time, then we wouldn't have to worry about this stuff.
