the SMB is traveling to notre dame this weekend!!! YEAH. i got someone to cover my entire double shift thursday night, so i'm all set. we're staying with host families down there and i'm rooming with cathy & chelsea, who i might add are both extremely kickass

you are kickass too! i'm so bummed that i can't go to the illinois game... stupid work! i have to work at least on sat a month, and that's our only sat off this month, so basically... i have to work all the saturdays we have off.

Ooh, much hearting for your new lj look.

This time last year I was starting my very first semester of college, late bloomer that I am. When you hear someone say "think of where you were a year ago", it forces you to look at the calendar and think of the year that's gone by, and I don't know why, but that seems really profound to me.

Then it makes me think of how long we've been LJ friends and that, too, is interesting. ;)
