Things like this don't usually happen when conflicts abound in the office. Are things going better? Any resolutions that are sticking?

Yes. Since Steve is no longer my direct supervisor he is a lot easier to take. Also there's a certain amount of relief seeing that as he's treating the new service dispatch pretty much the same as he treated me, I'm NOT crazy. Also the new service dispatch used to have a sales position in the company so he's had experience dealing with Steve, and as a result everyone is doing better. It's a nice change.

so yes, to wrap things up things are doing better, Steve is still Steve, I feel vindicated, new Service dispatch is doing ok, and I'm no longer looking for a new job.

just a new place to live. :)
