Just got to love a story where one of the characters fears plot holes. It was hilarious!

Illogically some of my favorite movies have plot holes the size of Alaska, yet I care not.

“Aye doessth anaw baugh-ha naugh Waugh thah…arrhh, buggah arl!” Apparently a scottish accent with Sabertooth-tiger teeth made Scotty completely incomprehensible.

This was hilarious. Poor saber-toothed Scotty!

(point of note: the kind of altar you mean is spelled with an 'a' instead of an 'e' -sometimes spellcheck gets confused)

All in all much fun, this one, further feeding my crack addiction (which I'm pretty sure began with Star Trek:TOS to begin with. I mean... Tribbles? That's cannon crack!)

Truly, truly cracky goodness. The constant Kirk internal monologue about Bones and his tail was just perfect-- I had tears streaming down my cheeks from the funny.
