Depressed.. and it's a combination of things. Worry, Stress. I am afraid if I eat it wont stay down.. College, Life, Relationships in general all have something to do with it.
Depression can be situational, or chemical. Do you feel depressed even when things are going well? That would indicate possible clinical depression, which can be helped with meds. If it is situational, then therapy can help. One way or another, I think you need to talk to a doctor and see what can be done to help.
