I have been so intent on the whole UK thing that I barely mentioned my San Francisco visit. I noticed you mentioned Alias. Are you watching it now? Unfortunately season 4 (the current season) is the weakest because J.J. Abrams is spending most of his time working on Lost. Reminds of how Buffy season 4 was weak because Joss Whedon was working on the first season of Angel.

Steph got me hooked. We watched the first 1/3 or so of the first season, so I just started it. I rented the second set of disks and I'm going to watch it today while the boys play "poker". I don't think I'll watch it on TV because I found that I didn't really like it when I just watched it in the middle, without knowing the story. I also just love not having to deal with commercials. Maybe I'll watch it on TV if I ever catch up with the dvds.

Yeah, well, like I said, season 4 is not that great so if you wait for the DVD it's no big loss. My favorite episodes from the first season are Masquerade, Snowman, and the season finale.

oh honey! I LOVE YOU!! i'm so sad looking at this, like it was a million years ago or something. i'm sorry i'm so low-energy... i wish i could have shown you more... as NICE as that was to just have ALIAS, food and naps for 20hours... !!!!!!!! still... come back! we'll sight-see like crazy, i'm rested! well, not really... i hate being so far away. i wanna go back to urbana. i want life to be simple again... the days before cross-country visits and the ultimate caffeine consumption... ice skating and rollerblading to one another's houses. i'm glad you got back okay. i'm bad with the phone, saw you calling and couldn't switch over from your machine to you... and then i hailed a cab because i was alone in the dark in the mission... you just missed an icky rain day, btw! and then i forgot to listen to the message, once i got to dominic's ( ... )

... and i agree about alias season 4. the weakest yet. i wanna see LOST. is it any good? i missed so much, i already have it on my netflix queue, so i can start from square one. and yes yes. without commercials is best! all at once is even better! i'm like a zombie when i netflix 24.

Dang it! I really miss you already too. This is so unfair, why can't we just be in the same place? But then again maybe if we did we wouldn't appreciate it, either. Grr. I just watched Alias. The crackster LOVED his new pirate dice, funny ha!
