Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anybody knows of a place where I can get driving lessons. A place located in Allegheny County or Beaver County would be ideal. I'm 18 right now and still haven't received my license and would like to get it SOON. If someone could direct me to some sort of driving school (a cheap one would be great) it would ( Read more... )

ccac does it but u gotta pay,not sure how much

goodwill also does it,but i think its only free for ppl that have disablities

I got lessons in Greensburg, Westmoreland county, so I don't think that'll help any. But they cost a whole lot. I'm pretty sure most driving lessons do since it's a perilous job.

Also, make sure you don't wait TOO long to get a license. I'm just shy of 20, went to renew my permit so I can get a license this summer, and found out that my physical had expired. Now I have to wait to get a doctor's appointment AND find the money to pay for it since I don't have health insurance. What a mess!
