Yoga in the East End

Mar 28, 2011 18:36

One more question.  I checked the tags, but all of the yoga posts seem to be fairly old.  Anyone able to recommend a beginner yoga class in the East End?  My hips and legs are getting old and crotchety, and I'd like to keep them limber longer.  Any help is appreciated!

Yoga Hive (on Penn and Negley) might have something and Yoga Matrika might too. Good luck.

Matrika is closed as of a month ago

Yoga hive is a lovely studio with fantastic teachers.

I am, of course, biased a bit towards Schoolhouse, but I do teach for them... ;-)

Huh. Guess it's a good thing I didn't do my teacher training there!

I like School House too, just forgot that they were in the East End (since I for get the Squirrel Hill is EE too!)

The Sq. Hill library hosts weekly yoga sessions for free.
