Yeah figured I would share here, because hopefully someday in the future someone else will come across this post and it will both save them some heartache and needlessly tearing up their living space searching for a small envelope which may or may not have arrived any time in the last four months!

I just ordered tickets though Livenation this morning actually, and I agree that the customer service is fantastic. The only automated thing I had to deal with was at the very beginning of the call when I had to select "Buy Tickets"; it then went right to a very helpful and friendly representative. (And, coincidently, I had my tix placed at will call. ;))

Nice, so will you be enjoying the soothing, relaxing, dulcet tones of SLAYER this evening as well? ;)

Ha, ha! No. I'll be enjoying the redneck, country goodness that is Toby Keith this September. :D

That's awesome. and I believe that Ticketmaster does not have the occasional no-convenience-charge special days that Livenation does.

Still, I prefer to stick to buying tickets at the venue box office when possible.

I agree about Live Nation. I love that they offer low fee days, and buy one get one days too.

The half-price day for the festival we're going to was unbelievable. I got us two tickets, for $25 each, to see Slayer and Marilyn Manson in one show. Simply amazing.
