Do an of you use Speakeasy for your internet service provider? Can you tell me how positive or negative your experiences with them have been? Are they worth the whole $56/month?
I had them back when I lived in Squirrel Hill. I LOVE them. I'd have them and not Comcast if I could get better than 768k. I had the 6Mbit for $120/month and every time it went down, I'd do the basic steps at home then call and they'd reset the line from their end and it would be up in seconds.
They're my ISP and have been since I moved here in 02. I've had basically good experiences- very few outages and quick customer service response. I got a bit worried when they were acquired by Best Buy, but haven't noticed any changes since the acquisition.
