Rental questions...

Checked the tags, but did not see anything.

Does anyone have any experience with renting at either the Avalon Arms in Bellvue or the Woodhawk Club in the North Hills?

I just posted an entry about North Hills rentals just above this. My husband and I just started looking into the Woodhawk Club, too, so I'm anxious to see what everyone has to say! (Sorry, I'm no help.)

I found this on-lne, and so far it doesn't look promising.

Not sure what to make of it. We are going to look at the place tomorrow, but I am trying not to let it affect my outlook.

Yeah that doesn't look very promising at all. I just tried to look up some pictures and I can't tell if it looks really dated or not. I hope you are pleasantly surprised tomorrow!

I live in Avalon, so I can vouch there doesn't seem to be any bad folks hanging around it. You might have more than your share of old folks, thoguh.
