What do I need to do to register at Duel Academy?

Hello there. I'm a student teacher, I can actually have a form with that stuff on i-it!
You need.. letsee..
ID... Pass the entrance exams... a transcript..tuition of course..
And it says "optional but not mandatory: lack of survival instinct and mental disorders", but I don't know what it means by that.

What constitutes the exam? Don't worry about all the other things.

There's a written exam, and a dueling exam.
The written exam is just like an entrance exam at any school, but it has some duel monsters questions on it.. and the dueling exam is, y-you know, a duel I guess
