And yes I believe the were/are bff. Konstantlullaby wrote smut on these two (taemin/jongin and an ontaejongin) last year when Jongin was suppose to debut with a different named group.

Ahhh sometimes I have a hard time wrapping my mind around the concept of Taemin maintaining any sort of friendship with people outside of SHINee because... They're just so busy all the time!

OH! You mean sonyeoncheonji aka boy's generation/land of boys! Which was renamed to M1/M2... Which is now called Exo-K and Exo-M! So yah. I think it was the same group all along. SM just kept changing its name and shuffling members in and out :)
