This bill will die a quick death in committee and I don't perceive it as a threat; however, that a Congressman is even thinking this is enough to make my blood boil. It is more the prophetic implications that concerns. We are seeing a world cry out for one leader.

What, Sir, exactly are your motivations for introducing this bill?

Do you, Sir, wish to see BHO emulate Hugo Chavez in his aspiration to lead Venezuala until he dies?

If so, why? Do you not realize the implications of a "President for Life"?
