So, I was sitting here a little while ago, minding my own business and paying some bills. An average day.

Yep, Sierra Wireless. (I think I might see if I can find a new one from a different supplier...)

The weird thing is that the case & battery cover look as though nothing happened at all.

I've emailed Sprint about it - I'm eligible for an upgrade anyway so I'm not concerned about replacement cost, but I figured it's something they probably should know about.
