It needn't be WordPress-dependent (e.g. http://techscene.free.net.ph or http://pinoyblogosphere.net/) though WP is usually the easiest to set up. And the plugin I used generates a feed.
As for Bloglines, it's more of a feed reader than an aggregator.
If you want a domain, maybe we can get something like Pisay02.com.ph. I know somebody who can give 'em away for free but I might have to pull some strings to convince them. Maybe it would be more worth it if it's Pisay.com.ph (generalized). :D
It's about time we fix the online presence of Pisay! Or our batch, at least. >:)
