The weird weather when the Winter is ending in Seoul

In 9. March I was showing to my friend what kind of view we have from our dorm window.
There is some little garden next to our dorm. It seems to be closed and I haven't yet seen a gate that leads into it.

i can not believe that there is winter in korea!!!!

well.. one day snow XD I dunno is it winter enough, but it sure is cold 0-12 degrees
