Without going into detail or spoiling: can the people responsible for throwing the nuclear bomb onto the whole Torchwood franchise please to be explaining?!? Is that, like, what you planned? Really? Really?? Wow.

You know, I really didn't think they'd be a show that ever gutted me more than Oz. Um, thanks for proving me wrong Uncle Rusty. Not!

Regardless of the excellent action on all fronts, and the amazing-ness of this mini-series for keeping my heart rate up into my throat, I want to smack Uncle Rusty around. So does PC Andy. Lookit how angies he is!!

I loved Jack in Who, and they need to get back to THAT Jack, (but I can't say anything about Who, just for the John Simm goodness, that show will always hold a special place for me) this Torchwood, while I like the drama, but what I liked more, the humorous moments, the light hearted moments...while I did like the mini-series, someone needed to lighten the drama up a bit.

And I'm not even thinking about Ianto--that was totally needless and they killed off one half of the pairing that made that show more down to Earth, with all the stuff they deal with, that pairing grounded it..and it's gone..RTD had better get his "I can fix this" hat on and freakin' soon.
