I'm lazy and download actions people have made (only the free ones, mind!) And then play around with levels and other settings over the top.

I can't find the link for the ones I used for these, but the ones at http://coffeeteaphotography.blogspot.com/ are supposed to be good. They're for Photoshop btw. :)
