I can see the pharmacist being suspicious, but accidents happen. Have a word with your doctor, surely you can get a new prescription.
These sort of accidents happen even in hospital. Recently I accidentally knocked a nearly full of morphine liquid on the floor and it broke. It had to be accounted for. Fortunately there was a witness.
I'm sure your doctor will have come across accidents like this before. He will also know the type of person who would be likely to sell morphine tablets, and you are not the type.
My pharmacist wouldn't know me from squat I am sure. MY health provider is quite large and every time I go get a refill the pharmacist is usually someone I don't know.
