10 THEME ICONS
01. Behind the scenes
- You should use a behind the scenes pic of your claim.
02. Center crop
- You should make a centered crop.
03. Complex
- Your icon should have a final complex look: you can achieve it by putting lots of textures, using various techniques... It's up to you!
04. Framing
- You should put a frame or a sort of border in your icon.
05. From behind
- Your character must be portrayed from behind, we shouldn't be able to see the face.
06. Geometric shape
- Insert in your icon any type(s) of geometric shape: circle, triangle, square...
07. Looking up/down
- Your character should look down or up. It's up to you and to the pictures you have.
08. Provided texture
- You have to use this texture made by mm3butterfly in your icon.
09. Recycle
- You should iconize again a picture you have already used for this set (cat and ac included). Important: the two icons must be totally different and the crop cannot be the same.
10. Stolen claim
- Choose a claim from another participant and make an icon using it.
5 CATEGORY ICONS
Dreams of gold
For this time the category is a sort of inspirational/interpretative set.
So, you should interpretate the meaning of the quote above: "dreams of gold".
You can be inspired by the word "gold": so you can make icons of that colour, blonde hair, icons that features a proper treasure, the medallion, money, jewels, rich parts of a dress, a sunny day...
Or you can interpretate the quote as something important for your claim. As Jack said, "Not all treasure is silver and gold", so you can focus on this aspect. For example, for Jack the Black Pearl is a treasure, and for Will the most important thing is Elizabeth and his family: so you can make an icon of Jack aboard his hip or Will with his family.

Important note: you can display more than one interpretation, for example two icons can be inspired by the colour and three by the dreams of your claim. Or they can be all the same. It's up to you!

Posting
- All participants have been given posting access. If you do not have posting access then please leave a comment and I will sort it out ASAP. :)
- Your icons must fit LJ standards and be made specifically for the contest. Animated icons are not accepted.
- Please format your subject line like this: Round 37: Your Claim.
- You do not need to tag your entry.
- When submitting your icons please use a 3 icon preview followed by the link to your journal (or place the rest of your icons behind a cut).
- Please make sure that the post containing your icons remains unlocked… at least until winners are announced ;)
- Please submit only completed claims (all 20 icons).
- The deadline for submitting your sets is 5th February (Friday), midnight your time zone.
