I don't know if it seems weird or not, but I found I can avoid nausea and play some FPS-type games if I switch to using a small TV (I have an older 12" one). I guess it kind of makes sense since I can watch shaky camera movies (like the Bourne series) on TV, but I'll get sick if I see it in the theatre.

the rom doesn't work UNLESS you patched it. I managed to get a patched rom and it works on r4 1.18 fine

I don't like games where you have to play around with the camera AND shoot at the same time because I get really frustrated after awhile. XP I feel your pain... T_T Which is why I had to get my sis to help me finish FFVII;DoC for me.

I can't take it where the camera is placed/follows behind your player character either. I NEED AERIAL views. Either that or set the graphics down to low. Less info to process.

Ya, I didn't mind FFXII's camera system, but then again I wasn't really doing any aiming. XP DoC was camera-behind-character but I still struggled. T_T
